News or commercial pages may carry an incident photo, but they are not systematic release sources and can remain online after facts change. They should not replace a sheriff, DOC, or court record. No commercial mugshot publisher is linked or endorsed here.
Request Wallowa Booking Mugshots
Union Sheriff’s records page expressly includes photographs associated with a case. That makes it the best first source when a Wallowa arrestee was booked into the Union County Correctional Facility. Identify one booking rather than requesting all images attached to a name. Full name, aliases, date of birth if known, inmate or booking number, arrest date, arresting agency, and Wallowa case number help staff find the right record.

Wallowa Mugshots Are Not Rostered
The Union County live roster shows a name, inmate number, arrest date and time, arresting agency, charges, bonds, and its print date. It does not display a photo. It also does not publish a release field or a historical gallery. When the roster changes, the missing row cannot reveal whether the person was released, transferred, moved for court, or removed after correction.

Oregon Mugshot Access and Removal
A booking photograph can qualify as an Oregon public record, but access is not absolute. Official sheriff and DOC disclosure follows separate public-record rules. Never assume payment is required to remove a photo, and do not pay or endorse a removal service based on a promise. When an official record has been sealed or set aside, give the custodian a copy of the court order and ask how it changes public access.
Does Wallowa Set-Aside Hide Mugshots?
Oregon calls its process “set aside.” Under ORS 137.225, eligibility and waiting periods are technical, and some time periods run from the later of judgment or release.
